Delivery, Exchanges and Returns
We try our best to make your shopping experience a breeze, but sometimes, there's still something not quite right. Here's what to know and what to do.
What if I haven't received my package yet?
- 1st thing, check your tracking number we sent via email.
- If you order before 2 PM Central Time, your package will be shipped when the mailman comes to our at 4PM (After, it will be the day after).
- Then, depending of your options, your item should take between 2 to 8 days (excluding weekends and) to be delivered to you by USPS, even if it has been shipped with DHL.
Very often, our customers receive a delivery notification without a package. This is linked to some USPS facilities.
- Please ask your neighbors: it's very, very common!
- if you still haven't receive your package 2 days after the delivery day, shoot us an email and we'll help you.
- Exchanges work only if we have the desired size or colors in stock.
- In any other case, we'll refund you.
- We accept returns up to 30 days, no questions asked if your product still looks like new.

What if I received a wrong item?
Hopefully, it happens very rarely. But, Errare humanum est, let us repair our mistake! Send us an email at support@uniformsuperstore with your name and order number and explain the situation, we'll take care of it in no time.
Returns and Refunds
The Uniform Superstore wants to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note:
- All products must be returned in the original condition within 30 days accompanied by your original invoice.
- Items that are not in original conditions with tags (washed, worn, patched, or embroidered) may not be refunded.
- To allow any refunding, a tracking number to your package is mandatory.
