Delivery, Exchanges and Returns
We try our best to make your shopping experience a breeze, but sometimes, there's still something not quite right.
Here's what to know and what to do:
What if I haven't received my package yet?
At the uniform superstore, we ship quickly, and accurately. If you order before 2 PM, your package will be shipped when the mailman comes to our store 2 hours later. (After 2PM, it will be the day after). Then, your item should take between 2 to 5 days (excluding weekends) to be delivered to you by USPS or DHL.
Very often, some of our customers receive a delivery notification without a package. Apparently, this is linked to some USPS facilities. Please ask your neighbors (it's very common!) and if you still haven't receive your goods 2 days after the delivery day, shoot us an email and we'll help you.
You can also check your tracking number on USPS website tracking tool or via the link we sent you via email.
Sometimes, USPS tracking tool is quite...unreliable. If you don't know where is your package, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll call them on your behalf to know what's happening.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges work only if we have the desired size or colors in stock. In Any other case, we'll refund you. We accept returns up to 30 days, no questions asked if your product still looks like new. Just connect to our return center and tell us what you want.
What if I received a wrong item?
Hopefully, it happens very rarely. But, Errare humanum est, let us repair our mistake! Send us an email at support@uniformsuperstore with your name and order number and explain the situation, we'll take care of it in no time.
